Role Decsription:
- This opportunity exists within multi-faceted Human Resources Department, specifically in the sub function of Talent and Employer Branding.
- As a Graphic Designer, your focus will be on generating creative employer branding collateral for use both internally and externally.
- This role allows you to contribute at the heart of the creative lifecycle from concept to execution.
- A successful candidate will have a passion for Sanofi's company and culture, a strong eye for aesthetic and layout, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering various visual Employer Brand concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations (social media graphics, edits for videos, email graphics, GIFs etc.)
- Ensuring the final graphics and Employer Brand layouts are visually appealing and consistent across different channels
- Testing graphics across various media and based on them introducing further improvements
- Manage and develop production files for design collateral for multiple projects
- Maintain an intimate understanding of our brands, associates and customers and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive insights
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to create a cohesive branding experience through all communication
Requirements:
- Having creative superpowers with proven graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite of tools
- Having worked with video editing tools
- Basic experience of motion graphics
- Either studied or experience of branding
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 1-2years experience in Graphic Design (previous internship counts )
- Strong design and conceptual skills

المهام الوظيفية:
- تطوير وتقديم مختلف مفاهيم ورسومات وتخطيطات العلامة التجارية المرئية لصاحب العمل للرسوم التوضيحية للمنتج (رسومات الوسائط الاجتماعية ، وتعديلات مقاطع الفيديو ، ورسومات البريد الإلكتروني ، وصور GIF ، وما إلى ذلك)
- التأكد من أن الرسومات النهائية وتخطيطات صاحب العمل جذابة بصريًا ومتسقة عبر قنوات مختلفة
- اختبار الرسومات عبر الوسائط المختلفة وتقديم المزيد من التحسينات بناءً عليها
- إدارة وتطوير ملفات الإنتاج لضمانات التصميم لمشاريع متعددة
- الحفاظ على فهم وثيق لعلاماتنا التجارية وشركائنا وعملائنا ومواكبة اتجاهات الصناعة والرؤى التنافسية
- تعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لإنشاء تجربة علامة تجارية متماسكة من خلال جميع الاتصالات
